I'm pretty sure these are more cherry blossoms. Apparently the area where I work is lined with cherry blossom trees. There are a bunch of other pretty flowers that I have taken photos of, but have no idea of what they are called.

I figured since it wasn't too cold out and not raining that I should take my camera out and go for a walk during my morning break. These flowers (I don't know what type) grow on the side of the building. I've always really liked the purple color. Can anyone say calamari?

You know you're thinking those stem thingies look like calamari.
