CraigiePoo, Alexis, and I (or is it me?) went out to dinner to celebrate Alexis birthday. She chose Fresh Choice as her restaurant. Apparently I haven't been to Fresh Choice in a while. They didn't have edamame the last time I was there. It could have used a bit of seasoning, but it was still good.

I'm not sure what this is, but I do know it's not edible. It's one of the many flowers found near the plantation. This one seems to keep blooming and then dying. Bloom, die, bloom, die, bloom, die. It really needs to make up it's mind.

There's no such thing as an unusable photo

I took this photo and it was a just a bit...blah. I didn't really like it much once it was out of the camera on my computer. I'm still trying to get the hang of my new point and shoot camera (I had to return that Nikon that I had been lusting after). The new camera is a Canon PowerShot. The macro feature and I are not getting along too well. I'll just have to keep practicing.

I just played around with the colors and did some cropping to get what you see here.
