Italian Sausage Ragu over Roasted Potatoes

Delicious. That's all I've got to say. This is another dish courtesy of CraigiePoo.

I'm not quite sure why I chose to shoot the photo vertically. It just seemed right. I didn't much editing other than making the dark blue bowl a little lighter heading towards turquoise.
